Autumn is one of the loveliest times of year. Its the season for crisp, sunny mornings, keeping cosy and slowing down a little in the run up to Christmas!
Most of all though, it’s the colours. The deep reds, burnt oranges and sunny yellows are so beautiful and every corner you turn there seems to be a new Autumnal scene to enjoy or pile of leaves to kick through.
So what better way to enjoy it than by heading to Westonbirt, the National Arboretum, with the closest of friends and her ridiculously cute dogs..
Its a busy time of year, so we got there early, just as the mist was clearing and the sun was peaking through the leaves.
Such a cute little place; with the greatest of views!
We meandered through the forest, stopping more than occasionally to admire our surroundings.
Seriously, how cure are those two!
Being just as nosy as me.
We clambered up a final hill and headed to the cafe, sitting out on the wooden deck to soak up the sun with coffee and cake.
The loveliest of Autumnal Sunday mornings.
